I bet ice in a mesh bag hanging in front of the fan works even better. more surface area = more cool.

My wife keeps wanting to open the curtains...drives me nuts. Also, they sell window fans with different directions on each fan. You can stay cooler if you set the bottom to in and the top to out, rather than both in. Long term over the short term every time.

I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello?), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voice-mail. What did you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone and run away?

house was about 85 (da da da dun)
compressor was busted (da da da dun)
didn't think i'd survive (da da da dun)


got them central air blues...


I grabbed my toolkit (da da da dun)
my voltmeter too (da da da dun)
Fixed it right up AND NOW MY HOUSE IS AT 72 yeaaaaah



hmmm...typed that first sentance and got a blues feel...anyway, the capacitor blew on my heat pump and I fixed it today. I rock and stuff.
