Quotes by other players:
Shay is a halfling with more depth than height, which is saying more than it sounds

Frapp is adorable. He's a very well played kobold, and is always fun to spend time talking to.
Shayra Thornberry is one of those got-to-love enjoyable Halflings that's played out so well, you feel you can smell the Shire. (<-I'm sure (s)he meant Ferrell)
Amethyst is a delightfully funny and quirky character. Always a pleasure to RP with, and seems to pull off the priestess of Mishlehk . and god knows how hard that must be.
Miriel makes my PC realize how thin the line between love and hate can be; count the massive amounts of forumwork she produces IC on top of that and I know who my winner is!
Shayra has her own style of expressing a halfling who recently entered a big world full of surprises; both pleasant and unpleasant ones. Well played!
Kharak "the Hammer" is a blast regalling us with tales from the old days, and keeping us on our toes
The character Frapp is amusing to play with, and his hints of a typical kobold's life, like his kolbold song, contrast sharply with his demeanor, making a great character with depth.
Ad Miriel: Everytime I meet her IG, it's leaving computer games and entering RP of the finest. Almost always I can really see the expression in that pixeled face of her character..
Shayra is another PC where you notice that its not about loot, XP or such, but just roleplaying and to give people a good "look and feel" of this Avlis around them. Surely this comment is more about the Players than the PCs, so if it ain't appropriate, please feel free to ignore. It's my first vote after all - but I couldn't keep it down any longer;-)
Shay is the archetypal "Jolly Halfling" that is sadly missing these days, she brings a happy aspect and the PC's RP is brillant. She could be Belkar's long lost Good and Jolly half sister.
Vintrinia has that added spark that always makes you think she is doing
something ~hot~ without you seeing it.
Aspen continues to be the height of piously oblivious. She is so involved but misses so much, wonderful.
Vanar: an excellent RPer, spends a lot of time researching and talking: a true wizard.
Miriel: she should win this at least once. Amazing RPer.
Props to Miette for hosting all the sessions regarding new magic and fostering learning and growth amongst the young mages!
I'm going to keep voting for Amy until she wins. Amywiethel is the definition of chaotic good... a carefree, fun-loving, goofy gal who justs loves sneaking and stabbing and wine. I've never not had a smile on my face when RPing with her, and it's about time she got the recognition she deserves.
Nok: excellent roleplayer, refined and detailed and very original in his interactions. Lawfull evil at it's best
Shayra: playing a halfling cleric mix shayra has the childlike, happy quality I believe is the core of a halfling, she will heal anyone who is hurting and passes by, what i believe a halfling healer should be like.
Frapp has got to be one of the coolest kobold characters I've had the pleasure of interacting with.
Char'jer - He is always joyful, big fella that helps others, eats pies and I always enjoy rp with him. We can for hours discus teologic aspects of faith.
Gotthardt Staahl - He is the hardest guy i ever know. He is veteran of the war, he is hero of the City. And he do what every Commander should do. He work hard. But in free time he tales amazing stories. It is always fun to meet him and rp with him.
Miriel Xilo - always the bringer of bad news and great role-playing time. I look forward to each and every time I get a chance to RP with Hamlet, she breaths life into Miriel making her believable and real, if a bit moody

Fergus is one of the best played mages in Avlis. You never do know quite what to expect from him.
Losin is a twist on the typical dwarf. Very genuine concept and very well played.
Gub: the insane gnome that shrieks like a little girl when you throw a rat at him. What's there not to love?
Aerill is a very organic character. Immersive and stridently committed to playing a sometimes humilitating or taxing alignment with consistency and class. Bravo.
Fael: What's not to love? Spunky, spontaneous, well-played, right-sized character that always -- I mean ALWAYS -- makes me laugh. He's the Laurel to my Hardy.

And a nice quote to end this:
Good roleplay isn't necessarily long monologues. When a character is portrayed in such a manner that even brief encounters leave vivid impressions, that is skill.
