NWN2 Preorder for early toolset in Holland

A few minutes ago, I succesfully bought the NWN2 preorder (with code for early toolset - few days left!) in my local game store. (which happens to be the Free Record Shop in the Kalverstraat) I was a bit confused about whether you could do this or not outside North America, so I thought I'd post this.

I want the LE edition ...

it includes NWN 1 .. in case * names a lot of people that used his laptop and desktop edition and then realises that he should have bought plastic gloves to type on the keyboard * get banned

I just visited the Free Record Shop in Nijmegen and pre ordered NWN2, which has the price set on 50 euro's (price might drop, but won't go higher). I had to buy the NWN2 Demo, which was 10 euro's, but if I kept the receipt I would get a 10 euro's discount on when NWN2 was in. This version also has the early release of the Toolset.

So...I'm going to play NWN2 Demo this evening

If folks are getting the tool set a month early, is this finished then? How does this square with the fact that beta testing is going on now?
I'm confused?

For UK folks - Checked a Play.com shop today and saw they were offering the pre-order deel with the CE goodies ... but only a poster, the shop hand said they had no details from head office yet.
