Anyone running NWN on linux...

Post by Dark_EK » Tue Aug 22, 2006 3:02 pm

And has any idea how to make the damn game recognize resolutions other than what's your desktop? My X is properly configured and other games change resolutions fine, but NWN just refuses and forces 1280x1024 both in fullscreen and window mode. :/

And I'm on SUSE 10.1 using KDE with that sweet sweet sweet xgl/compiz combo.

Make sure that the target resolution(s) you want are defined in your X config, without those, it won't change. Also make sure that the appropriate window mode ini settings are set (nwnplayer.ini?)

All the different resolutions are defined in my X config, and no matter what resolution I set in nwn.ini, it automatically resets it to 1280x1024.
