Plethora promoted to Head DM

The Team is currently going through a bit of a restructuring, and part of that is the addition of the position of Head DM. Today Plethora will be the first person to step into the position.

I invite you to click the link above for full details on the position, but for those of you with wikiphobia, here's the highlights of what Pleth will be responsible for:

* Hire, promote and task DMs.
* Ensure DM coverage for peak server times.
* Make final decisions on player vault jails and banning.
* Ensure all player emails and posts are answered by a Team Member within 24 hours.
* Ensure that all new player applications are approved within 48 hours.

Congratulations.

Can I ask why the position requires 3.5Ed knowledge, whereas NWN is based on 3.0Ed? Surely at least a knowledge of both would be helpful?
