November RPotM

Post by RCon » Mon Nov 28, 2005 3:37 pm

Once again, get out your RP score cards. It's time to vote for the best roleplayed PCs of the month.

Rules

1. No PC (not player, but individual PC) may win a RPotM award more than twice in a calendar year. Believe me, I know just how great some PCs are, but this is an effort to spread the love around a bit. Don't worry, you can vote for your favorite PCs again in January!

--The PCs this applies to this month: Gurky Bogglewig, Hert Snyder

2. I've been asked if players can vote for their own PCs. Technically, the answer is yes, but it's not terribly encouraged. Try voting for those other PCs who enrich your gameplay experience by making the world a little more real for you.

3. Yes, DMs and Team Members can vote. There's no additional weight to their votes, but all Avlis members are encouraged to vote if you feel there are deserving PCs.

4. Please be specific, if you can. That is, do your best to write the exact floaty name of the PC. I don't know every PC on Avlis, and there are lots of PCs with similar names or identical first names. Sure, I know enough to include votes for "Gurky" with the votes for "Gurky Bogglewig", but give me a hand and write out the full floaty name if you can. Feel free to use the comments section to clarify if you're not sure.

Thanks everyone! Votes will be accepted from now until midnight US Eastern time, November 30th.

I always seem to vote for those that annoy my character most...
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.

Impossible is nothing.

*humps the pyramid in agreement*
*Also adds mentioning who you voted for in the thread like people need to know who to vote for. Not as shameless, but still... c'mon it's not a competition.*

Sorry the counting is a bit delayed, folks. Was out the past couple days on a business trip. Just getting caught up now, so I'll post the tally later today.

And yes, people do vote for themselves sometimes. Wyrmwing would know - he used to tally the votes.
