CoPaP, a Misconception

Drow, look it up in the search engine. There are a lot of valid reasons why they are kill on sight (Sereg being one of the favorite tools of DMs to beat down uppity characters not withstanding). I have been here almost a year, and heard this argument more times than "Nerf the mages" and "Why is my mage being nerfed?" Let it go, people. Wanna play a drow, go to a server that has "good" drow. Come to Avlis, die. Simple, see?

Hey thanks guys for clearing things up for me. I'm not trying to get on anyone but it just seems hard sometimes to find out the details on whats going on. I for one would love the idea of a real astral plane. I hope you guys loaded with all the dead gods theres and bring some cool stuff with the githyanki and their queen.

As far as the drow comments, ya i know you cant make a drow in avlis. Ive got some friends though that seem to feel that they were treated unfair. But i was not there so i can not say for sure that things were lagit on their part. I just want to get a clear understanding that if one IC drow provides that clothes and hood or some disguise that he will be able to at least travel around avlis and maybe buy or craft stuff there, maybe a couple player interactions or something i dont know. But yes i am fully aware that they are killed on site.

Hey it does sound a lot better now and i know ill always support you guys. Keep up the good work and hope to see you guys in the game.

I would recomend reading the world info and other data that the folks here in Avlis have provided portal.php its the noce little box on the left called WORLD. I would say 90% of the information you need is there.
