I mean, I had to censor a few of Vrosh's deeds because they were to biased ;) so I know all about bias. He was NE more time than any other alignment, and im sure everyone that has heard the word 'shrump' will consider its progenitor a villian. So heroes of avlis certainly doesnt imply only goody goodys! If your famous, fulfill the requirements and want to write up a story, go for it.

speaking as a player/old buzzard.

One of the keys to enjoying Avlis is realising that recognition ( in game, not just on the boards ) by your peers, is far more fun than uber gear and high levels.
I would have to assume so. Kered definetely needs an update...
There is no rule about this as such, but sure if its been more than a week since your bio went up, I would say a good 6 months to be honest (so you two would be ok to give me an edit) then sure I will accept an additional to your story. After all it's you thats doing all the work for it not me.

So long as Im not updating your bio every time your character takes a leak Im happy to do it for you.
Nothing thats worth having in this world comes easily.

Gracie qualifies but she is not done yet so I won't touch it until she retires or dies.
Same. I already qualify by almost all of the points, but I am holding off on it. A few major things have happened as of late though so I may actually get to it. Problem is I really suck at writing.

Ya i want to thank you guys for the replies. I had now idea that there would be so many people interested. I just had some quick questions though. I mean to really play an evil character i am really worried about maybe being banned or something. I have seen forums with wanted lists and i myself thought that was the greatest. can there be some kind of timer that gives them to maybe commit more crimes or goals before maybe someone say kills them or maybe takes them to a trial where who ever caught him gets xp. I dont know, i just had some really cool ideas about it and was wonder what you guys think. Keep up the good work guys.

It's clear that most of the people who have been involved in a lot of dubious or covert actions, don't want to publish it. I can't imagine putting my characters life story in an IC forum untill after he has retired. It would create far too many problems and it would make no sense for him to let these things be known.

Simple, hire a bard to write the story of your life! Its bound to sound better. You can also then hire them to follow you around singing it everywhere you go. :)

I just reread Vrosh's entry and it brought back a lot of memories. These things are definitely a great idea, the more the better I say. There are plenty of evil characters out there who could post accounts of their lives. They may have leave some things out but I am sure there are still many stories to be told and many ways to word things so that no one is incriminated.

Even after Sand has been retired, the vast majority of his exploits won't be publishable sadly, due to the ongoing repercussions there would be. Leaving out those, most likely it would not be an interesting read. With them in, I expect there would be a few scandals...

Though Isamu has a huge history of things he did....

I might write it up one day..... I did start it but never finished.

But I can't name people who was involved though.

That may be the case for much of what Sand has done but I am pretty sure that even the stuff is left after you take that out would still make a damn fine read. The story of Sand's early life, career in the T'Nanshi army, banishment and assassination if a pretty good story and most of that is either common knowledge or so long ago that it won't make much difference to anything.

The same goes for Isamu, I am sure he has done a ton of stuff which can never be written about but theres soooo much that is already known in one form or another. Hell just a list of the different cities he has been banished from would make an interesting read.

It just seems a shame to me that eventually so many of these great characters will be forgotten.

Neither Sand nor Isamu will ever be forgotten...

Nor other dear departed such as Ba'alzammon, V'Heress and Janur. Nor the recently returned Sh'lieulias.
