Heh, actually the orc caves were made more difficult specifically because we pwned them during that mission :).

Edit:

Hmm a test of martial skill? How about maiming those two Amber Dragons in Deglos? That would be some feat. The last time I didn't even scratch them before they dped me

Orc Caves *shudders* Willem wrote a song about that place and the last few lines should give a pretty good idea of what went on in there.

Only one death archer remains, and he's not hostile :)

Quick would own the revamped LRC.

If you seek a challenge, orc caves all the way. We ran a teamplay session in there last year. The tail end of which was me basically bringin folks back from their deathplanes, over and over again...

Definitely the hardest I have been too. If you don't know why, I implore you to find out for yourself.

I have almost soloed it, but I'm just a strategy and tactic nut.

Siri can do okay in the LRC except the bosses. I would like to be able to defeat any of them solo, or Nise with a group. Damn that dragon.

Celedor killed Nise by himself pretty quickly... seems he didn't even need Thorfinn's help... did he krackq? ...did he? oh how I love to tease him about that.

Talk about some lucky rolls! I should have bought a lottery ticket that day.

Been thinking of putting together a crack party for the orc caves for quite a while now. Last time i was there it was Divinia, Ayren and Lafreth, with Ayren's Ebony girl coming to our aid later on as well. Average level was about 26, we made it all the way to the bridge before the last rooms, then had to turn back. Brutal, really brutal. That damned last bridge, last two rooms...

Just can't think of an IC excuse, so i guess it boils down to getting together and having a blast. :)

So...anyone up for ehm...seeking a long lost handbag of Divinia? I think it was bagnapped by a certain commander... 8)

Get my xp to the same level as those who started the same time as me. Maybe more realistic.... get my xp to the same level as those who started later than me.

Ah heck, I'll settle for level 16.

Toughest? One of the top two IMO. Half the battle is knowing which spells to use when. I spent about a week straight down there poking at the orcs from various angles. It is a very tactical place. Much moreso than the LR. A savy mage can go far with a tank along who can take a shot or two. I <3 it. Sammy was able to beat it with Rhis... Barely. Coasted into the BBEG running on fumes.

For sheer mind-numbing longness, I'd say the Deglos Deep. I've been there once, all the way to the bottom, in a huge group.
I've made it one area into the orc caves a few times!

One of the top two twiggy? Whats the other candidate then? I'm not that well versed in Avlis dungeons, as 90% of my time has been spent in or around the warzone recently. One of the things I've been looking forward to is exploring a bit more.
