buying property

Someone told me that one can purchase property in Avlis, where iif it is at all possible , does one inquire about this?

Also, if you don't want to build-your-own, there are places like Featherfingers condos that sell pre-made homes. Do a search for "condos" and a couple will come up in the threads.
