CoPaP takes on a Player Coordinator

Post by Orleron » Sat Apr 23, 2005 5:46 am

As discussed here, a great idea was put forth by Apandapion: Let's make some regularly scheduled player get-togethers on CoPaP servers that tend to have fewer players. What a great idea! Apandapion has been taken aboard as CoPaP staff to coordinate the movement. What will happen is several of the less-populated CoPaP servers will each schedule a week of time where players can create alts on the servers and agree to meet up and play regularly there for that week. This way, if players want to explore a new server, they will not have to do it alone! Over time, we hope this will showcase to the playerbase some of the other great things that are out there, and help to create loyal followings for each of the CoPaP worlds.

Congrats, Apandapion! Can't wait to see you in action!

Amazing idea. We need more players on Abyss 404! Our player/DM ratio is about 1:1 now, possibly slightly in favor of the DM's!
.....I'm totally serious.

The Abyss is ready to link up, but will be linking to Outlands, when it goes live and links to CoPaP.
So, Abyss 404 is waiting for Outlands to finish devolopment and move out of Beta.

This does seem like a pretty cool idea, always wanted to safely see some other servers.

I always wanted to see them too, but after I got the crap kicked out of me in Deglos I pretty much became a homebody. Some of the more "exotic" servers would be fun to visit!

Imagine a group of 15 first level characters exploring the Abyss!

I like the Idea myself, I would like to find this signup sheet for a Newbie trek to another server.

Arborea Will be linking to Outlands as well. We are almost ready for Alpha testing, and possiblly Beta by mid to end July. (I know I am pushing that date back some.)
