Two-Person Couch?

Post by Czarcasm » Tue Apr 19, 2005 1:34 pm

I'm working on building player housing, but I've had some problems finding the two person couch/loveseat I saw in the Canvas. I would try to revisit the Canvas and see them, but it's closed down now.

Does anyone know which couch this is in the toolkit? I have found the original wood couches with yellow cushions, which look much like the one I'm looking for, but they only seat one person. The other is the CEP three-piece couch, but I don't want one so big. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Make the couch placeable unuseable, and use the CEP invisible chair placeables to create seats.

yep. The invisible seat in the custom content tab is invaluable. You can make anything sitable, chests, beds, anything. The only thing to remember is that the height the invisible seat is set at cant be changed, and you need to adjust the furniture to the correct level

Hint: Try getting a Brownie to use one of these seats - the result is very funny. Talk about soft cushions

*remembers how Kered managed to make a three-seater out of these two-seaters, and squeezed himself shamelessly between any two given ladies that were sitting there*

... That happened to Oorayv once too. Be wary of using the "sit in nearest chair" option of the emote wand

Why am I not surprised Alphonse knows all about making love-seats?

If you use a standard chair and change its appearance to "invisible object" then you can vary the height.
