Back up.

Somebody had stabbed our hub and let it bleed... Luckily we had a spare hub. Everything should be back up (and freshly reset *ahem*)

I'd bet the Hoff could have gotten it taken care of for you... K.I.T.T. would have gotten him to your house and he could have rebooted everything without leaving the car.

But he would have gone and busted down the door to show off his manly power, and new speedo as he gave mouth to mouth to the hardware in your garage. Then he would have updated your virus protection too.

The Hoff is just uber-tech like that.

Praise the Hoff.

Thaylis Beign: Morgan, did you cast recitation?
Morgan Thornheart: Yes
Thaylis Beign: *nods*
Morgan Thornheart: Aarilax blesses you all. Now get the fuck out of here.

just something that occurred to me:

Did you really mean hub, or are you referencing a switch ?

JollyOrc - would be hard pressed to still find a working hub somewhere...

X:|

"Network Fanout", how 'bout that?

... or ....

Seriously cheap consumer-grade "switch" that exhibits hub-like behavior because it can't handle the load.

Damn reset caught me right when I was getting my stuff back from dieing! I don't know where to post this so I put it here under the server reset. I need to get a player reset for my character under gamespy ID ReallyStupidGuy and character name Bashthraka. I lost some good stuff in that batch and damn that timing, right as I am standing over my body getting the stuff back.
