I made up for it by slaughtering some M'Chek soldiers ... they're pussies !!

Heheh, glad that you appreciate the help. ^_^ Though I *did* burn an entire 1.5 bags of kits healing.... *grumbles about crazy laughing dragons and orc brawlers*

They're laughing, I just know it. >_>

No kidding, they actually are. Fighting warmasters and HiPSing woodmasters is much much more challenging.

But those pansy elves are weaklings still :P

I'm still waiting for the post by PJ:

I almost got away from those orcs....almost. *sighs*
Well, at least we know that the library still works.
Seriously though, it was a blast. My favourite was the trolls...there must've been more than 100 of 'em. It's nice to have a chance to do something completely random once in a while. Thanks PJ

Elvithrar and I were testing Mikona earlier (and I was looking around too, had never been there :D) and we noticed a couple of things:

-We threw alot of choking powder, over 10 I think, in the same place and there was hardly any lag at all.

-We used some scrolls (with the UMD checks) that usually make ALOT of lag (at least in the wilderness server) and there was absolutely no lag at all...

I think it's overally good :)

The [Test]ROTE server is also lag free with no problems that I noticed. I do think the 5 p-merchants are a little overboard though still.

Deglos test server.....

It seems like the transision area into Nanshi Urbaz is broken in the Causeway Caves. The floor lights up but my char. just stands there with a stupid grin on his face when he's suppose to flick over to the next screen.

Wilderness test server - was no lag at all in CvC testing (1 on 1 mind you), but noticed some lag when walking north and ran into those bandit mages that are attacked by M'Chek soldiers (the transition just before Derrington Keep). It wasn't horrendous, but seemed pretty much the same as the current wilderness server

Does anyone with use magic device want to try out scrolls in every server other than Mikona? As in 2 or 3 people using scrolls at the same time...

I See Dead People

Post by Roman Tanner » Sun Oct 24, 2004 12:45 pm

I played on the Mikona Test server for a half an hour or so. There were dead NPC's and merchants all over the place. When you put your cursor on them the talk icon came up. They don't respond though. I think that is what is suppose to happen but I'm not sure.

When you portal off the test Mikona server you go to the real Wilderness server

When I first went on the Wooly Oxen in the pen by Jacks shop showed up as cows. I went back a short time later and ther were oxen

Should have posted earlier...

Tested the Wilderness server with a DM the other day...

- a 30 zombie spawn
- an 8 Lightning casting Verossian spawn
- multiple terrain changes (DM wand?)

And NO Lag! Impressive.

Gaelyn.
