My own words aren't even close to what I want to say...so..

* GOD?S LENT CHILD*

? I?ll lend you for a little while, a child of mine,
? God said, ?For you to love, the while he lives,
and mourn for when he ?s dead?. It may be six
or seven years or forty- two or three; But will you, till
I call him back, take care of him for me ?

He?ll bring his charm to gladden you and
(should his stay be brief) you'll have his
lovely memories as solace for your grief.

I cannot promise he will stay, since all from
Earth must return. But there are
lessons taught below I want this child to learn.

I've looked the whole world over in my search
for teachers so true, and from the things that
crowd life's lane, I have chosen you.

Now, will you give him all your Love ?
Nor think the labor vain ? Nor hate me when I come
to take, this lent child back again ?

I fancied that I heard them say, ?Dear Lord,
THY WILL BE DONE?.
For all the joys thy child will bring,
the risk of grief we'll run.

We will shelter him with tenderness, we'll love
him while we may and for the happiness
we've known, forever grateful stay.

But should thy angels call for him much sooner than
we've planned, we'll brave the bitter grief
that comes and try to understand.

I can and shall not say that I know how you feel, for I have never seen such sad things happen in my life. But I will tell you from my heart that I feel sorry for you.
I wish for you and your family that you may find much comfort to ease the pain.

Kind Regards,

My deepest condolences to you and your family.

If I may paraphrase Jesus said "the kingdom of heaven belongs to children like these".

May God comfort you and your family.

I dont know you Nithia, but as a fellow Avlisian and a father who has suffered a similar loss my heart is with you and your family as you face a future without your beloved child. When a little guy goes it leaves such a big hole in your life that its difficult to see any way ahead, but there is Nithia, especially in the love of family and friends. You will never forget him (how could you?) but with each passing day the pain becomes less of an obstacle ... and in living life to the fullest you will honour and remember him.

I sit here trying to write what is crossing my mind but for once I am speechless. I understand what your family is going through. I lost my daughter of 8 months old. It is an impossibility that somehow manages to touch some of us out there. Those of you who are parents cherish the time you have with your children and each other. Life is very very short sometimes. My thoughts go out to you.

My Heart breaks to hear that a innocent child was taken from it parents...
Being a new father myself, the thought of losing my son almost brings me to tears...

No parent should have to bury their child...

My most heart felt sympathies goes to her and her family...I hope that all our prayers are enough to give them the strength to endure such a loss...

To all the wonderful and supportive people here at Avlis I wish to extend my gratitude for all your thoughts, prayers and condolences. The loss of a child is heart wrenching and to go through it twice it tears at the heart and soul. All the support I've received truly has aided in giving me the strength to allow myself to grieve and face each day. Tevin's viewing will be held Thursday, April 29th from 7-9pm EST. Funeral services Friday, April 30th 12pm noon EST.

Thank you all again.
