are these robes for HoTU?

This brings up a point... do we want to look at what hotu has done fore robes/armor/etc before we add in the dress hak?

Those are CODI's modifications to the HoTU robes, actually. I don't know
if they are new, or replacing. Knowing them, they add, rather than replace.
