Sub-Race Changeling?

I saw that there is a chaotic neutral race called the changeling and I remember them from the pen and paper D & D 3rd addition. The subrace section says to seee the thread and I cant find it. I wnat to know the stats on them and how to make them. I am new to this server and want to make my first char right. Any help would be appreciated.

Changelings haven't been implemented yet, last I checked, due to scripting options that won't be available until HotU.
