Cheers,

YOu combine with 4 other Orcs to produce 1 very large Orc with a Mega Power Attack Feat.

OrcTrain is the name for the feat which gives the bonuses to combat vs Orc. A dwarf gets the same feat.
edit: Forgive me for not being as clear as I should have been. In the Feat 2da under entry 231 is the label orctrain. If you then follow this line across, you will then find the full name that Strangg is refering to. Specifically Feat_Battle_Training_Versus-Orcs.

Actually that feat is called "Battle Training vs. Orcs"

Fighters do it face to face, Rogues may do it from behind, Rangers can do it from a distance, Wizards do it from out of nowhere, Clerics may not do it at all, Barbarians may do it in a rage, Sorcerers can do it on a whim, Bards on a note, but Paladins have to pay for it!

I assumed it meant orc training... ie profiencies with "orc" weapons and or items. Could be wrong.

Why don't you make an orc and see?
