Does anyone know what email address you send bug reports to?
I checked the website and the best I could find would be
support@bioware.com
but is that the right one?

I think this is right. I definitely did send a bug report to Bioware and I think that was the adress that I used - not sure now... I found a link to it somewhere.Spell Singer wrote:Does anyone know what email address you send bug reports to?

You must include the full version number used. They send an email back which is quite blunt, saying that stuff like...
Bioware wil not respond to any bug reports.
Any bug report that does not contain full version number will be deleted immediately.
Any bug report that is not repeateble will be deleted immediately.
Any bug report that is anything to do with operating system will be deleted immediately.
Any bug report that is anything to do with graphics or sound card compatability will be deleted immediately.
etc.
It's lovely to know they really care for their customers

send an email to one of the following address with DETAILED information on the issue and the steps taken to reproduce. You must include the game version you are using and must NOT include a link to a forum as an explanation. Bugs are anomalies in the game that make it do something unintended. They should be reproducible on a variety of systems and do not depend on your hardware or software configuration.

I think if you start NWN and then click on Update (but don't start the update) it gives you the full version number. It may also be available elsewhere. Oh, and you must state whether you have NWN or SoU too.Spell Singer wrote:the full version number?
How do you find that? In the .ini file?
So version 1.31 is not sufficient?
