The Book of B!

Post by spacemonkey » Mon Nov 11, 2019 12:18 pm

I don't usually rave Character Journals, because there are a number that are really impressive. But waking up this morning and coming across The Book of B brightened java time. What a great start - and a high standard.

No pressure, but keep it up, the future lack of gods notwithstanding.

Oh no, he's gone to anime memes to cope with the pressure.

Yeah not to be dramatic but this is probably the best start to a character journal I've read to date. Absolutely capturing. Emotionally driving. Love it.

I can’t play right now, but I still read things. Thank-you for your contributions.

Yay!

I'm so elated the story is not yet finished.

Welcome back!
(Or maybe not? I can't quite tell? Either way welcome back to writing! :feuer: :jump: :feuer: )

I could really feel the underdark in the opening sentence. I admire your descriptive. So spot on!
The inclusion of wisdom and philosophy, intricately woven into the fabric of the story.
Through conflict only can we become more than we are.
Though some would argue that peace is the product of ascension.

Wonderfully written a delight to read.
