Refresh has been refreshed!

Good morning Avlis,

We have made a small change in our refresh system.

On a limited basis, we will allow players to request a full refresh - a remake of the character from level 1. It is our hope that the improved flexibility of this system will be of benefit to players who have characters who should really have different classes or feats based on the RP that has occurred over their years of play. The character needs to remain recognizably that character, so we will not allow race/gender changes or other similar changes, and we will review any refresh requests carefully to ensure the character has not changed so drastically with the refresh as to be an entirely different character.

Due to the length of time it takes us to process and do such a request, we have placed a limit on this refresh to once per player per two years, so please make these requests with thought and care. We also ask for our patience on processing these requests, as the nature of a full remake requires multiple staff members to make possible.

Umm...ok...but I thought a Refresh was from level 1 ?? Or did I miss something somewhere?

Old refresh, you would keep your level 1 the way you took it.
New Refresh, you can re-do your level 1... takes longer and team asks for more time to handle them on a case by case basis
