Timing out on Mikona and MChek (Solved: IRC conflict)

HI I have been having a problem recently over the last few days with timing out every 5 or so minutes on the Mikona and MChek server specifically. This doesnt happen on other servers.

It seems to be triggered by other player log ins to those servers but I cant be 100% sure because I usually start timing out before the server message appears in my chat window.

I've tried changing client ports, reinstalling NWN, forwarding ports, rebooting PC, Modem, and Router. Nothing seems to work. Avlis is basically unplayable right now on those servers (also are the servers my characters are based out of). I've tried internet searches for this problem and talking to a few techie people in IRC and have come up empty.

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to solve it?


EDIT: My IRC program was causing the problems. I was using Hydra IRC client and that is when the problems started I remember. I close Hydra and I was able to play normally.

So Don't use Hydra IRC!!

Listing everything that has changed since it worked would help others, no matter how insignificant it seems.

You mentioned upgrading to Win 10 and other things in IRC.

You might need to toggle some of the DIP switches.

Okay now after confirmed ISP loss of service in having this problem exclusively on the Underdark server. WTF? This is not Ann IRC conflict this as I've closed IRC while playing and still had the issue.
