Post by Plethora » Tue Aug 11, 2015 7:35 am

Great Month, thats for all the voting and the comments , and of course the excellent Role Play

First Place
Goes to everyone's Favorite bright blue Elf

}8) Eowiewiel Galla'est }8)

Second places

Arcturius Krait
Aneirin Menelaos

Congratz to all!

<3 <3 <3 E <3 <3 <3

The ball was great fun. Lots of interactions and a surprise or two.

This month, Arcturius almost convinced me that necromancers were good and honest folks. I bet he's hiding somethin!

Ronan has a way of making anything seem like it will be fine with his quiet, sure demeanor.

E..she always makes me smile. Who doesn't love E?

I can't even think of a comment that encompasses the range I've seen Gann Eider pull out this last month. He's a fantastically well-rounded character, with a grounded past and a barrel full of personal quirks and passions. He's not always making the best decision, but he's always making the Gann decision. And sometimes that involves accidental self-immolation.

Vastin is always a delight. Drunk Vastin musing on negative energy and showing off bone hand tricks is extra so, and especially after a long hard night of trying to pretend he has any idea how to hold a fork.

Ronan is a sneaky bastard sometimes and it's delightful. It's been very good to see him more in his element- in the plots he's worked hard on and that mean a lot to him.

Katrin Vehirhareva. So, I played Lawful Good for a really long time and it's not an easy alignment, least of all when you're outspoken about it and trying to make the world a just place despite all its efforts to the contrary. This character is doing something difficult, and shining in ugly situations so far.

Ashe Mercer is always good for a thoughtful conversation. He approaches things philosophically, from a fun, fresh angle, and I've never not had fun with him. Then again, I'm also a person who enjoys the art of the Pun.

I have been super-impressed with MJ this last month. Her transformation from slightly dotty forest hippie into cold anger and vengeance machine has been amazing to watch, and feels so very significant because of what's come before.

Luca is a sweetheart.

MJ has been causing my character to have both, much thought and maybe a touch more consternation, as well as...other, things. Always a great character to interact with, no matter what state of mind she maybe in, or not in as the case maybe.

Thienna, what more can one say, then, with this much lore and insight and thought behind her (and around her and in front of her)...she ~is~ the VOLVA! Always great RPing with her, even if just sitting around talking. My words fail me so I will just stop here then.

Ayslynne has really been a surprise and a delight this month. I've been on the periphery of the big drama, but she's been playing it delightfully.

Harmon Hull is back!

A shout-out to Teleniel for culling wildlife badass druidess style, much to the joy of random passer-by evil PCs.

I don't interact with Ilomas terribly often, but when I do he's fun. More pertinently, he has the best player shop on Avlis. Have a vote.

Ashe's puns are the worst in the best possible way. Great to see new characters being active and involved, too.

Kassha gets an honourable mention for some genuine Trust Solidarity this month.

Solveig is back! Whee!

I want to recognize our affable drink master Thorfinn, who can kick butt and still be a gentle soul.

E is E, and now you know it because I know it and you know it and now I know it and where were we again?

Aneirin did a marvelous job as the MC at the Nameday party, well done.

I raise my glass to Thaylis, hunter and noble man. Cheers!

E, because I have never laughed so hard at a parody version of "Stairway to Heaven"

Aneirin, for making my little newbie bard feel like she contributed

Kassha is hilarious

Yanyu is a well played and interesting Paladin, look forward to seeing more of her.

I enjoy Kice's understated tragedy.

Arcturius the Necro'gentleman'cer

Thorfinn is a surprisingly good dancer and a lovely confidant.

Ulu Elexin ~ This month it was neat to see another side to this character. Sinister and entertaining.

Arcturius ~ What a sport.

Thaylis bears the weight of his own history elegantly. Always fun to talk to.

Ulu Elexin is the kind of character who make me want to log in when i see the name online. Once you survived the insults and over high self esteem of the shadiest woman of Mikona, you discover a deep character that can only surprise you. Great play!!

Liliana Be'letane deserves vengeance.

Jacksen gives off the air of a highly educated, highly cultured Wizard who expects much of those around him. He's accustomed to a level of culture and behavior that he expects others to also have and the "less cultured" peoples of the south are a constant challenge for him as he tries to maintain decorum. I love that undertone.

Aneiren : only interacted with the character once (that was during the Naming Ceremony for the Avariel princesses) but the character was extremely well played, both on stage and off and left a lasing impression of a seasoned, cultured Bard.

Enjoying the return to being menaced by Ulu.

Mr. Kraith gets my vote this month, it's been an interesting start and I hope to see more of him in the future!

E; that crazy blue elf ... always so much fun and so - ummm, innocent and unknowing of certain phrases. Priceless.

Voting for Cadence for one memorable and specific reaction to something said during a round of treasure splitting. Had me smiling the rest of the morning.

From the one time I managed to make it in game with other folks around in July; the most memorable (and moving and heart breaking) was a one time meeting with an NPC named Edith - but I don't believe that voting for her would be very useful. But a very hearty thank you for putting so much 'life' into her is very much deserved. Thank you; tears did flow from the emotional impact of that meeting.

There are so many I could give my other vote to, it's unfair to name just one. I want to not mention anyone specifically and just give a big shout out to you if you've stopped by to talk with someone you've met in game for more than a few minutes. Without people like you this is just single player NWN. :)
