This is the funniest thing in the world ... Last night I'm wandering along, exploring the wilds when I see a transision that goes "off map". I'm like "What the?" so I wander over and go through ...

And I'm in the "Ferrel Borderlands" and I'm like ... oh ... I must have never noticed this before ... then I notice the second transition heading further out ... I'm like ... "hmm ... i wonder" ... so I go through it and I start portaling ..

Needless to say I was surprised ... then delighted ... then worried ...then disappointed ...

The reasons being, I didn't expect it to portal me to another server, then I realised I was about to see something noone else had, then I realised I didn't know the password for the new server and if I ha to log back in after a crash or something I might not get in, then it told me I didn't have the right hak and kicked me out.

I cursed for a while. Then moved on. I just think its cool that I "discovered the big secret" before the official announcement. Yay!

Time to go download the hak.

Loved the fishing

Deek was very happy when he caught an empty bottle, then a torch and finally a kobold.

can think there will be a lot of people sitting on the pier chewing the badger fat.

1) Wren caught a fish - great

2) She portalled to Elysia - into the middle of the Artisans District - not so good. She didn't intend to portal anyway.

3) I think I found the portal location back from Elysia - it doesn't work. Perhaps I have the wrong place? However, now I am stuck in Elysia.

I miss Ferrell - it is beautiful.

You need to add Ferrel to the Server Status page.

Just took a trip through Ferrell. Awsome job Jordicus!! I cant wait to see it fleshed out and have quests added. Some suggestions I thought of while walking through it:

1) Map markers for some of the more important area transitions
2) For the server transitions, make them so that they cover the passage through the woods like a door transition instead of on the ground. Also, their a grey color and hard to see. I couldnt find them at first and thought i was stuck in the server
3) Make the lamp posts non-usable that are on the way into Kitanya hill?? Or, maybe you wanted them that way.
4) MORE APPLES!!!!!! :)

I know you have alot of fleshing out to do, so some of these things may be not as important. But, I just wanted to give you some feedback that might help. Now I know why I havent seen your Character on Avlis lately :)

Greetings
Snarr just returned from the quiet hills of Ferrell.
The hills are green and rolling with small round doors scattered about. Spent time talking to the local merchant who sells a nice assortment of tackle and bait about the the local waters. Sounds like the fish are biting... wonders if Snarr will have to get a Ferrell Fishing License??

Great job... look forward to new adventrues in this Wee-Folk land in the near future... 8)

Will a new email be sent to the community with the new passwords? Yes, I could transition there. But I instead wish to make a native of the realm. Tried a few combo's without success.

Visited again

Fishing - only seems to be one point to fish from in the harbour...any chance of a row of fishing chairs with a barrel of beer or keg of wine close by :D . Or making the rivers fishable?

hills - i seem to have to use the key board to climb the hills in some places, using mouse doesnt seem to map. Anyone else?

Waterfalls - gorgeous

Agree with the minor points above about the transitions, one second running thru the rolling hills, next legging it back thru southern M'Chek!!

Brilliant job

thanks

Another thought

How about an open air cafe on the harbour edge called the fishermans pole, with a bartender and waitress service....

Joy! Absolutely beautiful - better than i had imagined it - well done Jordicus and team. The Rolling hills make it very distinctive ... and ... at last Berryn and Skern get their due.

Yes, more fishing spots please (in due time) ... and I gotta save up for one of those barrow homes.
