2 quick questions about the toolset:
1. Since installing SoU and upgrading to 1.31 I have been unable to open the toolset. A DOS window briefly appears and some text flashes in it, but it goes by too fast for me to read. Everything else (playing, DM client) works fine. Anyone else have this occur? Wait, now that I think about it, I may have opened the toolset a couple times after upgrading.
2. I have a second computer that is not connected to the internet. If I install NWN and SoU 1.30 on it and create .erfs for Avlis (or any other 1.31 mod), will they be importable? If not, is there a way to download the 1.30 -> 1.31 patch onto a floppy or CD?
Oh wait, that was three questions. Well I guess I’m just a big fat liar.

1) The Toolset seems fine since SoU and 1.31. In fact, it has some nice extras, like the Winter tileset and the improved NPC Wizard.
2) You can download the patches manually and copy to a CD. As I have a slow dialup, I usually download them at work and copy to my Flashdrive. Then apply them at home. You will also need to update the Updater program manually. However, on this occasion, it did not change from SoU to 1.31.
3) You can create files in 1.30 (with or without SoU) and load them into SoU or 1.31. It is not possible to go the other way - from 1.31 to 1.30 or SoU to NWN.
4) Nobody EVER expects the Spanish Inquisition

Life is never as bad as you think it is, although that doesn't help at the time.
