Funny as this sounds, I'll never make a shop or whatever again that doesn't have a few big comfy chairs and a table and... stuffed stuff to talk about while sitting in the chairs. I don't know why, but a few big chairs make a huge difference when you don't feel like wandering around to find people to talk to. They come and sit right next to you!
