October 2010 RPotM RESULTS!!

Post by Belasco » Sat Nov 13, 2010 10:33 pm

The long awaited results of your voting efforts have finally arrived!

Clenching 1st Place none other than the Amazingly RP'ed:
<[8) Evelynn Rift <[8)

Roaring into 2nd the Illustriously RP'ed:
 Bolodruul

Honorable Mentions:

Go M'Chek!

Kudos and props to Cassandra Aske for her continuing herculean in-character RP efforts to deal with IG *huge* (world altering) events. She does so in an In-Character fashion that is both believable and draws you in. Since she can’t win RPotM *again*, this is an honorable mention ~ well deserved!

COMMENTS

Ernst is an amazingly fun character to have around, sadly played too seldom. Besides, when he goes adventuring, he really goes adventuring!

Elutian and Tessa Tangelties get my votes this month. They are some of my favorite peeps to hang out with on Avlis.

Jack Barton and MJ are two underrated Rangers. Both are understated, but have depth that comes out over time.

Gurky; RPing with a char like Gurky is allways interesting and absolutely brilliant!

Glenda; For some of the most memorable and creepy RP I have ever experienced!

Tessa is evolving into a tiny firecracker. She's gaining lots of skills and abilities, watch out for this little one!

Bolo is so cool. CHOOM! *pounds fist in to palm*, gotta love that visual.

Lute keeps me laughing! You never know what he is or has been up to. Bolo is the gentle giant, just don't want to EVER be on his bad side!

Triia cause she's a very underestimated brand new Lt.

and Argathi, because she's just the best female Dwarf of whole Avlis!

2010 has seen a really great batch of new PCs, and among them Ralena and Solveig truly stand out. No not believing in yourself!

Keekee has the most expressive emotes I have seen in all my years on Avlis. How can I not honor her with a vote?

Paco - making Mikona cool again.

Alexis, also known as "Lexy" may originate offworld but he's put considerable effort into Avlis this month. A lovely, well thought out character so devoted to certain ideals that he threw in his lot with an Avlissan cause and hasn't disappointed yet.

It's been fun getting to know Lav better this month. An overall well played character that has come a long way.

Eleanor, just an awesome character to be around.

Triia, crafting crazy maiden pc!

The character, Andrew Fears, is more than just a dark, menacing personality. He's become something of an anti-hero among the characters who haunt Elysia and the Underdark.

I hate that guy, Rule Acumen. He's so annoying..! So, the character must be getting roleplayed right.

Ash, Miriel and several other scantily clad girlies all eating and drinking too much junk food, weed and booze... that was some PJ party!! Truth or Dare, yay! ;)

I am impressed at how Bolo'druul comes across as a "gentile giant" that you don't want to get on the wrong side of.

I cheer for Tessa Tangletoes and her brave dive into the world of being a bard.

Warlord huggles becuae he hasnt eaten me for turning his hlberd pink so many times, And tashi for being my partner in crime so many times!

I am voting for Ralena Satellizer as she continued to be an impressive “leader” within the FOIG last month. Her contributions have been regular and extremely effective, and will hopefully continue! Meet up with her, talk to her, and you’ll see what I mean. Just don’t under-estimate her!

My other vote is for Evelynn. Her continued aura of “solitude with a hint of veiled menace” is just too hard to ignore. There is a lot of well thought out depth to this character, and it should be rewarded with RPotM! Just because she is “quiet” does not mean she is not worth learning more about; do so!

I have run out of votes (only 2: You’re kidding?? :)), so these are just some who should be mentioned: Sher’cha, Eleanor, Pantera, Solveig, Frulamin, Glenda, Diabolina. Find one of them, interact, and *presto* RP fun!

Triia -- For helping head off the Resistance turning into a complete clusterfuck of inaction, and reducing it to only a moderate clusterfuck of people who are finally shutting up and getting things done.

Kassha: For deciding it's time to start wearing pants again.

Frulamin get's my first vote, (unless he's still offworld? ;-) for his RP efforts in making the game more fun for others.

Aarnst is a lowbie in Mikona, and I have only seen him once. However taking your time with RP during those first low levels instead of rushing things to get it over with is exactly what I hope to see more of, and what wins my vote.

Eve. Consistently great rp? Understatement!

Elutian is a fairly new character and a lot of fun to be around. Look out for him, his quick fingers, and your ale!

Hahaha, Bolo?! You're kidding, right? While I love him to death as a labor of love and an RP challenge, who the heck even knows Bolo?

I really appreciate all the comments and the one or two that voted for him that must have been enough to get 2nd place.

Hey, that prize is good for crafting XP now, right?! w00t! :)
Pantera: Shield Whomp Maiden of Dre'Ana; Queen's Rook, Red beans and rice didn't miss her

Hey, Bolo's a good kid! Founding member of the Diamond Sphere, yes indeed.
