I did a lot of this awhile back, and I guess I'm trying to get back into it. Thing is, I dont have my own server so building my own PW isn't an option, unfortunately. Just to give you a run down on the type of things I like to build/script:

* quests, preferably ones more interesting than rats in cellars, etc.
* giving even random NPC's at least SOME personality (varying texts so the same people arent always saying the same things)
* random encounters based on character/party level, with varying spawn locations, as well as having a chance to spawn non-hostile encounters (spawn camping? i think not!)
* messages sent/text strings sent to PC's describing their surroundings, to help immerse them in their settings
* customizing monsters (usually fairly easy, but important to keep things interesting, an example would be ghost spider magi...that's right...spectral giant spiders that cast spells)
* fleshing out areas with sound and visual placables to keep even simple areas from being too boring
* 'interesting' dungeons and areas, areas with more depth than spawning clumps of goblins over and over again (for example).

I'd prefer a forgotten realms PW since that's what i'm most familiar with (though its not a necessity), and a PW with at least some following.
Just letting you know about it. Possible applicant or someone who would be interested.
