Player Liaisons Hired!

Thank you all for the huge response! We had over a dozen applications, and from those we voted. The top three picks were invited on, and they all accepted, so:

Please welcome TripleAught, Grunt, and Katroine to the Team in a new role as Player Liaison.

Posts will be forthcoming explaining this role to the community, but basically these three will be responsible for communicating back and forth between players and the Team in the Watchlist investigations, and will ensure Staff Emails and Ask the Team posts get followed-through to a resolution.

I'm not sure I'm be so quick to slap them on the back. I think we, and the team will grow to hate them over time :P

From the job description (bolded some of the funner points)...
  • Communicate questions and answers between players and DM staff with regard to the Watchlist.
  • Post staff emails for Team consideration, and communicate with players who write the Team.
  • Reminding us when we haven't made a decision or followed through on some communication.
  • Monitoring threads in Ask the Team to make sure we get resolution and don't leave them hanging.
  • Other communications duties as needed.
Sounds like a crap job (I'd have applied if I could count on more regular play time, but I like pain :twisted: ).

Congratz to those who had the balls to apply and get approved for it (balls being a non-gender specific term in Kat's case ;)). I know you all will handle the job in true Avlis fashion.
