Bow Down and Worship PlasmaJohn

Post by Belasco » Mon Jan 18, 2010 1:32 pm

There was a power outage where the server lives, we're on it, but it may have to wait for PJ's return on Wednesday (US time). Please keep your fingers and toes crossed that we're able to find a work around, in the mean time Fight Club is up and running!

Server downtime is a great time to work on your character's wiki page or journal.
I plan on doing a few when I am done working.
It's chaos, be kind.

Well, the good news is that since FOIG, Inc. brought Avlis up on The Beast we've had over 90% uptime! Which from a server point of view is pretty good :D

The bad news is, we will have to wait until Wed. evening, US Eastern time, before it's back.

FOIG, Inc. takes caring for the Avlis community very seriously, it is, after all, what the corporation was created for. We're researching cost effective ways to prevent this from happening in the future.

If you have any questions or comments for the Board of Directors please don't hesitate to PM me or send an email to:
FOIGinc@gmail.com .

Hang in there, we'll get through this!

Sneaky powercut.
It was lying in wait until PJ left wasn't it? :(

I would like to point folks in the direction of the linked worlds section on this page. If you've never seen one of these worlds, this is a good time to roll up an alt and do a little exploring!

How fortunate it was not during the weekend - when it would have screwed the Trade Fair

CoPaP is all very well unless you have been dumb enough to lose the password list for other World's servers  :?

Why is it always a chicken's foot?

Or any other part of chicken for that matter?

And why does a rubber chicken with a pulley in the middle substitute for one in at least one example I know of?

Yeah me too!
And if that didn't work I would have use the transporter buffer to access the framwitz coils and then cross-connected them with the phaser banks and the warp core...but only if the dilithium crystals were not cracked.
