A huge rave for pleth on this monumental task. Inviting, near demanding, the entire community to PM her and then to respond to those PMs! I can't even imagine how much time and effort such a task would require. On top of that is I feel a terribly intriquing plot which has kept my mind busy for literally weeks trying to "dream" up ways to solve and further this plot. A huge rave for a throughly twisted and inspiring story, and i'm quite sure i'm only seeing a small piece of the master design.

The Pleth rave thread seems to be the hottest, of the DM raves. I certainly take my hat off to any DM out there. I've met several that I would gladly pay their bar bill some evening. But I know that any time I have a question, any time I am in doubt about something, she is promt, friendly and dutiful. She bailed my guild, my characters, as well as my quizical self out of one problem after the other. I hope she stays for several more years to come.

(that said, I would also like to thank all the propeller heads BEHIND the curtain, that make Avlis, and keep it running. Theirs seems a less glorious job, but super important just the same. Thanks!!! :gott: )

*as soon as the hug is finished, the girl runs off the the dummies and begins giving them a good thumping with the little scythe. Joyful cries of "For Dre'ana !! " can be heard throughout the temple for many hours*
*HUGS PLETH!*

This is just so personally fulfilling in and out of character, just so amazingly generous on the part of a DM. I'm rather overwhelmed by something that's so simple but so, important, emotionally and spiritually, for a little NPC girl and Pantera. A few forum interactions and damn, I'm choking up a little here as I write this. Pleth has to be just completely inundated with stuff related to that world-dream plot but she still takes the time to respond to individual posts about an NPC from a completed event/plot that Pantera wasn't even involved in and, as far as I know, is now just about two people living their lives? WOW! The reason I'm an Avlis addict? THIS!

*wonders why there is no emoticon of back-flips across the screen*

thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you! It's a beautiful when a DM takes the time with little details that make the world come alive and the story have more color and depth. You not only consistently do that but do it in such a way that touches the stories of so many characters in a profound way. Once again...though it seems so small compared to the gift...thank you.
