CEP heads

Hello all. I have a couple of questions about these.

1) Does anyone know where to find the download for them so they can be used to make a character? Which folder do I put it in?

2) Will everybody be able to see the head, even if they don't have the CEP thing downloaded?

3) What known bugs or issues are there about these?

Some of the heads gives you the eye color of your tattoos. If you have non standard eye colors, you should prepare for the event that your character is forcibly remade.

1) I just usually search the vault. They go in the override folder.

2) It will only be seen if the server is using CEP. All Avlis Mods do.
