Toran Sharda? other places?

on several occasions I have made attempts to explore these regions, only to get distracted or never find a path leading towards these places.

My question is: Is it possible to travel to these areas? I'm assuming that they're part of the wilderness server if they are visitable.

they do not exist in game yet.

if you look at the world map here: portal.php?getpage=map

Current Servers encompass M'Chek, T'Nanshi, Elysia, Ferrell, and Deglos is part-way finished. The actual next server would be The Kurathene Empire, as it will be a special setup. Not sure what the order would be after that..
