I need help with an Error in my Hala character!

Something happened to my character Kitiara Maelstrom on hala that has caused a serious error in both her backup and non-backup character files and made it so i cannot even use her. Also, Pitched is not even able to access the character files to fix the problem. Im hoping someone here (Orl, Pap, Alex) might have some idea what the problem is so i can save her. Here is my description of the problem posted on the hala boards and pitched's relpy:

Umm... whenever i try to login with Kitiata, after clicking ok the game freezes up for about 30 sec when trying to load (on a blank screen), then i get booted to windows. This has happened both times i have tried to connect in the last couple days and immediatly after each time i check the server status and it says the server is down. Sorry guys, but i have no idea whats going on here. I will refrain from logging in until it is resolved.

I haven't been able to look at the thing. Leto won't let me because there's an unsupported Element type on your backup and an invalid entry on your non-backup. I don't know what else to do, if you can suggest a better character editor, I'll try it but for now, your character's dead. If you want to do a remake, grab a dm if you see one online and ask if you can your xp and a few items back. If you can get a working character from Avlis over, it might be easiest but if you've done a lot of work here, I don't mind doing a remake in this case.

I should note that this problem started occuring AFTER Hala changed to their new Mod "Hala 2" which has the areas split up into smaller sections. Any clues here??

EDIT: One option i was considering was portaling the copy of this character that is on Avlis over to Hala to overwrite the corrupt one. It is a somewhat out of date character, but better than having to remake completely. Would this work or would i simply run into the same error while trying to load Hala??

Alright, i did this and it seems to have fixed the problem. So, no need to get any help on this.
