I've heard a lot about this, but I have been unable to locate it. I did a search on here, and came up with nothing. I did a search on Google, and came up with a number of mentions of it, but I still didn't find a link to where I could get it. Where can I get it? Or is it already hidden in NWN somewhere?

I think you may be referring to Nwhak.exe, which is found in the utils subfolder of your NWN folder, i.e.

C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\utils\nwhak.exe - assuming you have NWN on your C: drive of course.
