Corrected CoPaPHak1_0 available for download

Some minor updates were made to the CoPaPHak1_0.hak. You can find it in the Public Downloads directory at avlis.blackdagger.net via ftp. People are welcomed to mirror it. The update is not crucial, unless you are planning on playing a Justicar.

Fixes Justicar so that you need Longsword Focus, not Bastard Sword. (FYI)

All updates become available within 6 hours on my site... I finally got the automatic mirror script thingy to work correctly with the Avlis FTP server.
