NVidia driver: turn off 'threaded optimization for NWN'

I don't know if this is here already, but I ran into graphic hiccups with the latest NVidia driver for win xp 64 bit (169.21).
When I opened the NVidia control panel and turned off 'Threaded optimization' for nwnmain.exe and nwn.exe it was working fine again.

The joys of 2 cores ;-)
