fair enough. never use a bow much anyway so i wouldnt know

Quivering Palm (40th monk):

Base: 10
1/2 level: 20
Wis bonus: (highest I can get in test play is 47, which is +18 )

Total of 48

For a Stunning Attack by someone who took the bonus feats it could theoretically add a +20

= total of 68

although I believe the wisdom bonus would not be as high for the character since a fairly high dex is also required for the feat.

(note: this would require 10 feats to obtain the +20)
