Making spellcasters in the toolset

I've been trying to make NPC spellcasters and encoutered two problems.

1) How can you select clerical domain spells in the toolset? I know the cleric domains are listed as feats but the additional spells do not show up in the spell list when they are selected. And somehow all clerics end up with the Air and Animal domain totally ignoring the domain feats I added when I test them in a module.

2) How can I make a specialist mage in the toolset? (I am not referring to the spel focus feats, but to the spellschool specialization which results in more spells but also a restricted spellschool.

I've tried to find an answer on both these problems but unfortunately the search option couldnt help me this time. I appreciate all help

Rhissaerk makes the best spellcasters I've ever seen... I'd ask him, but he's taking a break from Avlis now. he should be back ina week or two... I hope.

Both are feats. Select them from the feats tab. The domains are called XXX Domain Powers and the spell school feats are called Spell Specialization XXX
