Trouble is that if you have a main on the S.Avlis servers, and they make the boat ride north, they aren't going to "blend". Most of the challenges of Kuras are easy enough that an 8th level character would get bored silly (I mean, this is a place where a group of goblins terrorizes the population, where S. Avlis there were 20 or so mages that waded through hordes of vampires). I think it's a decent idea, since there are no server hops, so the place is going to be more or less isolated for a while (when the fiefs go live, it will be a whole lot bigger, and consequently have a larger player base). I think it at least deserves some consideration.
Hey... there are a few Southern Avlis chars that have made the trip north and fit right in...

<Sili> I've seen septic tanks with less shit in them than Fuzz.
<Ronnin> damm not even a kiss??
<Chasmania> Kiss Fuzz? I'd rather fellate a goat.
<Chasmania> there are many roads to Rome..they just picked a shit filled alley full of scabby hookers and bums.
The shape of things to come...

You try taking an eighth level character through the goblin caves, then come back and say that again.loki70 wrote:Most of the challenges of Kuras are easy enough that an 8th level character would get bored silly (I mean, this is a place where a group of goblins terrorizes the population, where S. Maybe goblins are a bad example? The farthest my 2nd level char has gotten was to be killed by the three just inside the door.Jonezie wrote:You try taking an eighth level character through the goblin caves, then come back and say that again.loki70 wrote:Most of the challenges of Kuras are easy enough that an 8th level character would get bored silly (I mean, this is a place where a group of goblins terrorizes the population, where S.
