All this is crazy talk. The best beers are American microbrews, including Rogue Dead Guy Ale, Dogfish Head Raison D'Etre, and good old Fat Tire.

Okay, Lucifer is pretty good. And so is Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout.

And yeah, Jever, under the right conditions. And the real Czech Budvar.

Sapporo on a hot day, sure.

Or Kingfisher.

Even a crisp Stella, yes.

....

Never mind.

I'll take a Fat Tire or Shiner Bock.

In fact, I have some Fat Tire in the fridge.

Unfortunately, it's all the way downstairs ...

Microbrews, Sleemans Honey Brown is a classic. I drank enough of that to float a battleship.

Just one little thing about that beer discussion:

The best beer there is : Oettinger (for Whitebeer (i don't know the real translation for Weißbier/Hefeweizen)); Jever Dark (for darkbeer); and for Pils that would be Flensburger or Beck's. All real german beer.

Let's face it, american beer tastes like making love in a canoe.....Fucking close to water

Why move then.. that was as about close to paradise as you can get oo8)

But everyone has to agree that beer is inherently more interesting to discuss than a bucket of rotten tomatoes (as well as a good thread hijack *cough*)
