Epic feat Armor Skin

It gives a +2 natural armor bonus.
does that stack with a +3 natural armour necklace to give +5?

I would feel like an idiot if I used an epic feat for it if it didnt stack.

It gives a +2 AC bonus. This bonus doesn't count as anything in particular, so it stacks with everything.
