My charater was dead when i logged on!!!

If any one knows why the hell this happened please tell me. and who do i ask to get back the lost gold and xp?

I don't know why you would have lost any gold. You get xp back by completing your death quest.

If you log out while dying, you'll be dead when you log back in.

Sometimes, you may log out, crash out, server time out while in combat, only to find yourself dead when logging back in. This just happened to me recently. I was fighting some kittens, crashed, logged back in to find myself bleeding to death in the start tent. Didn't make any sense to me, but apparently even if you're lagging/crashing on your side, the baddies can still kill you.

*to szabot* no i was not fighting anyone, i logged out of the 4a in dwarf trade, and there wasn't anyone around when i did it.

Would suggest sending and email the to the staff with all your info(char name, gamespy name, ip address, board name) and all details of what you did before you last logged off and how you logged on.

This has happened to me before....twice. Fortunately both times a DM was around for me to explain, and get healed both times.

To any Team member! i've tried e-mailing you but everytime i send an email it returns saying that it failed to send so i've decided to post it.

i logged off in the 4a at dwarftrade, there was no one or thing around me when i did it. Then when i logged back on i was in my death quest! i had a friend check if my body was in the 4a and it wasn't!!!

NB: it was not the first time i logged in after the update
