CEP character generator-help

Bleah!
I just spent an hour looking for a module, and I cant remember exactly what its called.

Ive poked around the vault and just had to give up.

I used to have a module that allows level ups, views of spells, and so on so you can plan your career.

Any of you point me in the right direction please?

The Halls of Advanced Training is one of the most popular trainers in the vault. But you can do the same with the console if you are interested in leveling a character up and seeing how he turns out at certain level.
