Screendumps save the screen as a tga file.
For some reason I can no loger read these - I used to be able to read and edit this files using my standard Windows XP supplied utilities. But no longer !
What's happened?
1) HotU change - has this changed the file format?
2) I installed drivers for a digitial camera - with associated picture viewing software, etc. Has this somehow removed the ability to display tga ?
I looked on the web, and saw that I can download software (e.g. XnView) to see these files. But, I don't really want to - and it used to work fine for me. So what's happened?
Any ideas?

Congratulations Dirk, you're one of the few posts I'm responding to these days
Sounds like your picture viewing software hijacked the file associations. While I would reccomend IrfanView, if you want to stay with your default Windows program, try this:
1. Make sure that whatever program you want to use to open the screencaptures is actually capable of viewing .tga files.
2. Right-click on a NWN screenshot.
3. Select Open With, and then Choose Program.
4. Select the program. You should also have a checkbox that says Always use this program to open these files. Check the tickbox.
5. Hope you haven't gotten bad information from a diseased monotreme.
