Welcome to Avlis! We're glad to have you here. To celebrate our launch in EE, DMs will be running special events throughout the week for new and low level characters. Now's a great chance to check us out, play with other new characters, and learn what Avlis has to offer.

To celebrate and to encourage all to try out new characters this week, regardless if if you're new to Avlis, a returning player, or have been here a while, we will have events for for you all week, including:

Commemorative Gear (Nov 22 – Dec 4th)
For new characters starting out, we have a pack that any DM can hand out for you with a few pieces of starting gear to set you on the right foot. Reach out to any DM online.

Limit one pack per player (not character.)

Current Players
Want to participate in New Character week? Do you have a session you want to host about crafting, a guild you'd like to promote, or just want to take New Characters on a tour? You can post your events on the calendar too, and the DM team will try to attend to offer XP cookies and other perks to spice up your event.

Underdark Day (Aimed towards evil characters)
Location: Underdark
If you have an Underdark Native (any level), Evil Character interested in the Underdark and willing to show folks around (any level), or want to roll up a new character based out of the Underdark, today's your best day to play in and around the Underdark! Keep an eye out for event announcements, and for each other, as you adventure in the Underdark. Explore quests, DMs' will be around with cookies, and there's at least two possible event options to attend.

Stolen Crafting supplies, generous reward offered
Bandits stole a whole shipment of crystal skulls for an upcoming crafting class. A gold bounty for each skull recovered is being offered.

What is McGuffin? A DM will pre-set up an adventure for you in an area with custom spawns, hints and decor. There will be an object (or objects) you can go to this area as a party with to collect and receive a reward for turning in the item(s). Party up, and don't forget to write about it in the tavern boards!
