Basic Laws of the City of Le'Or T'Nanshi

Murder: killing a citizen of T'Nanshi is punishable by death, plus a 1,000 gp fine, payable to the Donation Chest in the High Temple of Dru'El. If the killing was accidental, the punishment is only the fine stated above.

Theft: stealing from a citizen of T'Nanshi is punishable by a return of the items stolen, plus a 500gp fine, payable to the Donation Chest in the High Temple of Dru'El.

Summons: the summoner is fully responsible for all acts of the summoned creatures.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
