An the RPotM April awards go to...

Post by Jazz » Mon May 07, 2007 10:51 am

  • 1st place:
    Aman'dul Xilo'rulithii

    2nd place (draw):
    Druantia Leonalenen
    Miriel Xilo
    (formerly known as Miriel Hana)
The prizes:
1st Prize: 500 experience points per character level
2nd Prize: 250 experience points per character level

Congratulations, all! Page the DM channel when you're IG to receive you award cookie.

Quotes by other players:

Amand Xilo - Atfer all this time, this character still is in development, undergoing constant adaptation and growth. He moves in mysterious subtle or not so subtle evil ways.

Amand Xilo - Amand has been a very well made and well played character and meeting him on a few alts shows that he stays interesting when confronted with different types of people.

Amand Xilo - A little congratulations to Amand for his new position as Ebony Archmage. :-)

Amand Xilo - An evil archmage who's brought the Ebony back from the dead. Yeah, he's won already, but he deserves another shout out for that alone.

Druantia Leonalenen - My main is on a quest to help Dru, further motivated by the prospect of serving in time of war with her. She's the best new solider my pc knows and a decent person besides.

Miriel Xilo - One of the most detailed RP'ers in game, and a joy to watch.

Miriel Xilo - Inscrutable in a very intriguing and often amusing way.

Miriel Xilo - A somewhat mysterious character who fills many different roles, and clearly has a complicated past. Her emotional range (anything from child-like glee to ear-burning anger) is effectively conveyed through her player's choices of words and emotes.

Seka is the personification of a bitch. There is none other I both revere and fear at that same time.

Elyl has always been one of my favorite characters. From back in the day when he was a good natured elf to the evil bastard he has become.

It has been fun to watch Arwan develop as a character and I look forward to seeing where that will take him next.

Faelridge the quick: this Halfling is just a plain cool cat. Much to say about him, but words wouldnt describe it as good as experiencing him.

Gubby is a gnome that stands out. His ability to spew out words faster than one can blink at times is truly amazing.

Garek is the first dwarf since Tanmar to really bring them alive for me.

Aspen is played wonderfully as very pious but somewhat ignorant of the world around her. A ton of fun to be around.

Kai'Ral has brought back a sense of the "old guard" into Mikona, and while my character may not be completely fond of that idea, it is still nice to RP with sometimes.

Has Nikki ever changed? I'm guessing no, and at least not in the year I've known her. She's a pissy, horny, wise-cracking demon with the heart of an angel and generosity of a Healer :)

:drink: As a DM, having seen the work Amand/Darth has done behind the scenes with Ebony and his PC, I can more than safely say that Darth is deserving of this award 3 or 4 more times over. Kudos!
