New DM Positions

[Plethora]

We have had a shuffle behind the curtain and have created a new ranking system for the DMs.

These positions tier up from Apprentice to Head DM, and are basically guildlines for the DMs on everything from loot to storytelling authority

The first three tiers are worked through via promotion from the senior staff. These are

Apprentice
Minor
Major

The next three positions, the DMs apply for, as their need for more scope and authority grows over time.

Senior
Veteran
Elder

Then, there is of course..

Head DM

As we have also restructured the technical side of the Avlis staff, these new DM positions will replace the "Server System" we have had in the past as we moving towards an "Avlis-based" direction for all staff, rather than a "Server-based" one.

We hope the new system will bring about a new level of professionalism to a world that already rock socks!

So here is a list of where we all stand now, congratulations to all the promotions
(only I got de-moted, oh, and Necrozombie, but he asked for it and he's a bad , bad man )

Specially, the Apprentices who are now free from their training and mentors. They have all been a superb bunch, and I have high hopes for every single one of them in the future.
Avlis truly enters a new age in the best way possible
