Promotion of Two DM's

Xoc and Vergillus has been Avlis Apprentice DM's for a while now. They have definitely made Avlis a fun place for players involved.

Verg DM's in Elysia, and Xoc DM's Deglos. And now, they are well-deserved in their promotion to Minor DM's. With this promotion, they are now no longer responsible for any of the Jump all Player to DM features that happens in Avlis.

Hey! well done, maybe I can get a little uberloot in Elysia or Deglos next time

Avlis def. has the best DM's though, so go for it! Make Avlis by far the best (well it is the best..)!

Glad I have managed to make 6 DM events in my short time here, it's all been great thanks to you.
